Coffeta is a mobile app for a local coffee shop that helps users order faster, customize drinks easily, and track loyalty points.
The main goal was to reduce waiting time and create a smooth, modern ordering experience.
Problem Statement
Customers struggle with:
Long queues during peak hours
Complicated drink customization
No easy way to track loyalty points
This causes delays and reduces customer satisfaction.
Observational Research (In-shop study)
We observed customers during busy hours.
Patterns found:
Rush hours cause long waiting lines
New customers get confused by menu terminology
Baristas repeat the same customization questions
Insight: A digital menu with visuals reduces confusion.
